I just want to congratulate and thank everyone for the outstanding job on St. John 76 2734 Pad. I greatly
appreciate the hard work and effort everyone has put in on this rig since I have had the pleasure to work with you
all. All together this rig has put out the most consistent performance over the years, consistently pushing the
limits and setting new records. If every rig in the fleet performed as well as this rig has, I would be putting ALL of
my money in EXXON stock because we would most definitely blow all of the Permian/Delaware production
projections out of the water. What I am most proud of is the low cost. Using the well view estimates plus 15% we
came in at $120-$130/ft, a metric that is unmatched by nearly any other company operating in the Delaware Basin.
